Growing Conditions
Low water requirement. Prefers full sun to part shade.
Bloom Time
Spring to late summer.
Height
Blooms to 2.5 feet, but highly variable. Leaves are mat-forming.
Ecology
Sulfur flower buckwheat is an important nectar source and larval host for a variety of pollinators. Its ability to attract insects also benefits insectivorous birds.
